The Basics
Is every piece really handmade?Yes — every ParGOLDesign piece is hand-forged by Pari herself in small batches, blending Persian goldsmithing traditions with jewelry made for everyday wear.
What is my jewelry made of?All ParGOLDesign pieces are hand-forged in 18K gold. Each listing also notes any gemstones or pearls used for that piece. If a listing doesn't say, or you'd like more detail before buying, reach out any time at hello@pargoldesign.com.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?The easiest way is to have a local jeweler measure you. You can also wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and compare that length against a ring-sizing chart online. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the more comfortable choice.
What if my piece doesn't fit?Email hello@pargoldesign.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help with a resize or exchange.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe's secure checkout — your card details never touch our servers.
Do I have to pay sales tax?California requires sales tax on orders shipped within the state, and it's calculated automatically at checkout. Orders shipped elsewhere in the US aren't taxed.
Do you offer discount codes?When we run one, just enter it in the “Add promotion code” field at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?Currently, within the United States only.
How long will my order take?Each piece is made to order and hand-finished, so please allow 2-3 business days before it ships, plus delivery time. If you need something by a specific date, message us first and we'll let you know whether it's possible.
How can I track my order?Once your order ships, look it up any time at pargoldesign.com/track using your order number and the email you checked out with — both are on your confirmation email.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?If something isn't right, email hello@pargoldesign.com within 3 business days of delivery and we'll help make it right. Because every piece is made to order, please reach out before sending anything back.
How do I care for my jewelry?Keep it away from water, perfume, and lotion, and store each piece separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. A gentle polish with a jewelry cloth keeps gold looking its best.
